b.     Teachers Without Borders (www.teacherswithoutborders.org), is a US-based International Organization committed to professional teacher education and development and the establishment of Community Teaching and Learning Centers (CTLCs). With Chapters in more than 20 countries in the world, Teachers Without Borders has Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
